Classes for ages 18+ only.

Simply click on the class you are interested in and it will take you to the information on each class.

Classes run throughout the year, so you may join at any time, as long as there is space in the class you wish to attend. Limited space in classes so you MUST book in to attend.

Monday

6pm - 7pm - One-to-One and Pole Party sessions available to book.

7pm - 8.30pm - Intermediate & Advanced - suitable for those Inverting confidently

8.30pm - 9.30pm - One-to-One and Pole Party sessions available to book.

5pm - 6pm - One-to-One and Pole Party sessions available to book.

You must be a member of Swansea University Pole Fitness Society to attend these sessions

6pm - 7pm - Routine Class - suitable for Beginners who have completed an 8 week course through to Advanced

7pm - 8pm - Beginners Pole - suitable for Beginners of all levels incl brand new Beginners

8pm - 9pm - One-to-One and Pole Party sessions available to book.

 

Wednesday

1pm - 2pm - Swansea University Pole Fitness Club Beginners Session

2pm - 3pm - Swansea University Pole Fitness Club Beginners Session

3pm - 4pm - Swansea University Pole Fitness Club Improvers Session

4pm - 5pm - Swansea University Pole Fitness Club Intermediates Session

5pm - 6pm - Swansea University Pole Fitness Club Beginners Session

Thursday

5pm - 6pm - One-to-One and Pole Party sessions available to book.

6pm - 7pm - Pure Tricks - suitable for those Inverting confidently

7pm - 8pm - Beginners Pole- suitable for Beginners of all levels

8pm - 9pm - Beginners Pole - suitable for Beginners of all levels

 

Friday

4pm - 9pm - One-to-One and Pole Party sessions available to book.

 

Saturday

11am - 9pm - One-to-One and Pole Party sessions available to book.

 

 

You will be asked to fill out a Par-Q form before the session so that I am aware of any medical conditions you may have.

Class attendees must be aged 18 or over.

You will not be allowed to attend if you are pregnant or have given birth less than 3 months previously.

Please be aware that due to the nature of this class bruising and muscle ache are very common.
