Pole Dance Fitness classes are not at all as some people imagine. The best way to describe one of our classes is to say it is like a cross between an aerobics dance class mixed with gymnastics.

Some of the benefits of Pole Dance Fitness classes are:

What should I wear?

Something comfortable that allows movement. I suggest a vest or t-shirt top and a pair of shorts. You can wear loose trousers over these if you are feeling a little exposed. Trainers or soft-soled dance shoes are best for your feet.

What not to wear!

Rings, necklaces and jewellery of any sort. It scratches the poles and may cause you injury. We also do not advocate the use of heels during our sessions. Yes, they look gorgeous but they are also a health and safety hazard!

VERY IMPORTANT: No body oils, body lotions, moisturisers, hand lotions or oils of any sort to be used before a class. These will make the poles slippery and may cause an accident for you or someone else using the pole.

You will be asked to fill out a Par-Q form before the session so that I am aware of any medical conditions you may have.

Class attendees must be aged 18 or over.

Please be aware that due to the nature of this class bruising and muscle ache are very common.
