To kick off the new venture of holding Pole Fitness Parties at Waterside in Carmarthen I am holding a free pole session on Saturday 26th of July at 6.30pm in Waterside Nightspot. Ladies only! Come and have a spin!

Just had confirmation that I passed my Urban Funk course. Will be looking to teach Urban Funk street dance classes soon!

I am now qualified and able to teach Freestyle Fitness Yoga. New classes coming soon!

I am currently in discussions with the council about holding Pole Fitness classes in some of their centres. This would be a fantastic opportunity for me to bring Pole Fitness to the masses in an easy to access way. I will keep you updated as to the progress of this and of course give you dates, venues and times once it is all underway.
